ADDED “slowing sphere” to Roggit Bog Frog Stat Block
Slowing Sphere (only usable with integrated rider). Magic Spell Attack: +5 to hit, range 30 ft., one target. Hit: 2 (1d4 + 1) acid damage, and the target must make a DC 13 Constitution saving throw, or be slowed until the end of its next turn. An affected target’s speed is halved, it takes a −2 penalty to AC and Dexterity saving throws, and it can’t use reactions. On its turn, it can use either an action or a bonus action, not both.
