D&D Strixhaven Spell - Multiple Choice

2nd Level Divination Spell
Casting time: 1 action
Range 30ft
Components: V, S, M (the eye of a small animal)
Duration: Instantaneous
Class Spell List: Wizards, Sorcerers

When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level, Roll a d20 and record the result. Once, before the beginning of your next turn, you can replace any attack roll, saving throw or ability check made by you or a creature that you can see with the result recorded by the die roll.

When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level, all summoned animals or monsters of your choosing within a 30ft cube originating from you will be unsummoned. Animals and monsters affected are those were magically created with a spell or magic item duration. Creatures created with an Instantaneous duration such as a Familiar are not affected.

When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level, a large sized Lightning Elemental appears in an unoccupied space that you can see within range. You may command it to “Defend”. This imposes disadvantage on all attacks against you as the Elemental imposes. Or, you may command the elemental to “Attack”. The attack is an eruption of liquid fire. Each creature within 5ft of the elemental must make a Dexterity saving throw using your spell save DC. On a failure, they take (6d6) fire damage and are knocked prone. Items that are not carried and within the area of effect will melt under the intense heat. Creatures that succeed on the saving throw will only take half damage and not knocked prone.

When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 5th level or higher, all three effects are used.
